These Terms of Service (including all exhibits hereof and all other documents included herewith or referenced herein) represent and constitute the entire agreement (this ‘Agreement’) by and between Arising Co, LLC (‘Arising Co’) and each business creating an account with Arising Co (‘Client’) concerning Client’s use of the branding, marketing, website, and social media services offered by Arising Co. Arising Co and Client may be referred to hereinafter collectively as the ‘Parties’ and individually as a ‘Party.’ For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties expressly agree as follows:
